To calculate these scores, we aggregate reviews from multiple trusted sources across the web, ensuring a comprehensive view of each provider’s performance. We then adjust the aggregated review scores to account for the total number of reviews a provider has received. This adjustment helps balance the influence of a small number of high or low ratings, ensuring that providers with more extensive feedback are rewarded for consistently demonstrating high-quality work.
